David Scott Posted February 7, 2018 Report Posted February 7, 2018 I have a 5 user license for Nitro Pro 10, all have been activated. One of our computers updated over the weekend and now his nitro is saying it's in trial version and I'm not able to activate. I had a version 8 license free I'm having him use for now but how can I get his version 10 reactivated?

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Cheers!
