Allow "Before you print..." to be disabled.

I suggest removing (or adding the ability to disable) the "Before you print..." stuff at the top of the print dialog page, so that the Printer selection, Settings, and Print button are at the top where they belong.

mikeyww, thanks, that's pretty cool.  I have used AHK for some simple stuff, but I had no idea it had those capabilities.  I did come up with a workaround of my own... it's called "PDF-Xchange Editor Plus".
