Retain favorite tools when printing from Windows Explorer

This one's pretty simple, and has been a problem since v10.  Open NitroPDF and use the "customize tools" function on the home tab to add a few things -- I currently have OCR, Whiteout, Split, Drawing, and Shapes.  Close NitroPDF -- those will now be retained for future use... ***UNLESS***... Nitro is your default PDF handler and you right-click a PDF from Windows Explorer and choose Print.  Your document will print successfully, but now if you go back into NitroPDF, all of your favorite tools are gone.

Please, please fix this problem.

@Adam thanks for reporting this issue! We were able to replicate it on our end  in Nitro Pro 11 and will report it to our Product team for review.
