After a correct use and work of the last month, this morning Nitro Pro crashes in any situation (opening files, exporting from any format, and so on). The only operation possible is to disinstall...

What can I do?

Hello @DavidNurse,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The version of your Nitro Pro is no longer supported as per our SunSet Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

I highly recommend you to upgrade to Nitro Pro 11 from our website: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

You may also want to purchase Software Assurance that entitles users to free upgrades for the next release of Nitro Pro and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date.

Cheers!

Hello @Jay123,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Does your Nitro Pro freeze or crash? What are the exact steps you are taking when it freeze/crashes? If it crashes, does a BugSplat report get generated? In the event BugSplat is generated, did you enter your email address and submitted the crash report?

Are you also working with Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425? If not, kindly update from our website: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

I hope this helps!

Solved by uninstalling Nitro, then going into the registry and deleting all occurrences of Nitro under the various Software folders. Reinstalled and worked right away.
