Davep 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2018 I have Nitro Pro 11. I'm scanning with an Epson WF-4630 All in One Printer. Scans are washed out, grainy, unacceptable. This printer scanned perfectly with my previous computer running Adobe Acrobat. I use the Epson Scan window that comes up when I hit PDF / Scanner... The printer makes good copies so I know it is working still. It's the scan settings/interface or something related. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background (refer to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641).
