Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted February 21, 2018 There's a couple of things to try. You can try re-installing the PDF printer: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 I'm not sure if you're on the last released version or not- that's available here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 Hopefully one of them works
AWay 0 Report post Posted March 19, 2018 Same exact problem here. Have been using Nitro 9 with my license successfully for years and recently upgraded to a new computer running windows 10. I de-activated my serial number but I cannot get Nitro 9 to connect as a printer with Windows 10. Is this a known issue? I've had to use the trial version of 11 just to make due in the meantime but quite honestly I don't care for 11 and want my 9 to continue to work. Has anyone else encountered this and solved it? I will print a test page just fine oddly...
Sean Bothe 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2018 Thanks Steven I done an updates for Nitro 9 but no joy. I can't seem to understand why it won't work on my new laptop but on my old one it still works, and both laptops run Windows 10 Pro. Seems Nitro is forcing people to upgrade when they change PC's.
