Print portrait page over 2 landscape pages

Sorry, if this is obvious, but how can I print a normal A4 sized PDF document such that each A4 portrait page is instead printed over two A4 pages in landscape mode. (substitute also "letter" for "A4")  Basically, enlarging the document for example for the visually impaired.  Thanks.
