Multiple Copies Print Problem

I'm trying to print multiple copies of a PDF document within Nitro Pro v10.5.8.44 but I always get exactly one copy. I can print multiple copies of Word documents without issue. Some online research found that I should set the printer's advanced settings to 1- no hard drive in the printer, 2- disable Mopier Mode, and 3- print direct to the printer (no spooling). All my settings are correct and I'm now out of options, any suggestions on where to look next?
