Working with templates on a form

Recommended Posts

Murray Burns

My company has recently switched from Acrobat Pro to Nitro. Just in time for me to perform the yearly renewal/update of all our online forms.

I'm managing, for the most part, to fix things in Nitro, but one thing has me stumped. Several of the forms have hidden template pages that the user spawns as needed.

The buttons I created to spawn the pages still work, but the resulting pages don't show most of the content. Any thoughts on why the pages only half work?

Hi @Murray Burns,

Thanks for using the Community to reach out to us.

I would need to take a look at the documents you are working with. Could you log a Support ticket and attach the file: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket

Please also include your exact workflow in the ticket so I can reproduce the process.

Thanks,

Well, I can't give you the documents. The form and content are covered by a confidentiality agreement.

Hi @Murray Burns

Could you send a screenshot of the Document Properties window? You will find this by right-clicking the document in 'Hand' mode >> Document properties >> Summary.

You can also send me a PM on here with the screenshot or log a ticket.

Thanks,
