PDF not displaying all content when opening on mobile devices

Dear Community,

Looking for help please...

When I send out my PDFs and people are trying to open them on their mobile devices the PDFs are opening up, but the files are either blank or half the content is missing. Especially text edits that I made / new text that I added are not showing.

Any idea what the problem could be? Am I making a mistake when I e.g. try to compress the file?

I can't work it out... appreciate any help that I can get.

Thanks

Daniela

Hello @Daniela Canisius,

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

For us to know what is causing the issue, we will need to see the file, the exact version and build of Nitro you are using, and the mobile device/PDF reader they are using to view the file.

Can you kindly send those information so we can check?
