Hi @Luuni,

Thanks for using the Community to reach out to us.

I suggest running a cleanup of Nitro Pro and then installing our latest version Nitro Pro 11.0.7.524.

- Please download the Nitro Cleanup tool. This will remove all traces of Nitro from your computer: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

- Simply unzip the file and run it

- When you're finished, please restart your computer

Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425 can be downloaded here: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

Thanks,

Hi,

Sorry for my short message, I was unexpectedly disconnected from my network. Anyhow, Scrolling in Nitro Pro is jagged, and has been for several versions (my current version is 11.0.7.411). My laptop uses an ELAN trackpad with driver 15.7.9.2 (newest version). I did use the Nitro Cleanup Tool and reinstalled my version (11.0.7.411). This did make it a little better, but i would like there to be a submenu for scrolling options in Nitro Pro. I cannot see any mention of scrolling improvement in the release notes:  (https://www.gonitro.com/support/documentation/release-notes)

Thanks

Hi @Luuni, Thanks for getting back to me.

Are you running Windows 10 and did you install the Windows 10 Fall Creator Update? If so, then this could be causing the jagged scrolling and 11.0.7.425 would fix this.

Cheers,

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I will look into getting the newest version.

And yes, I am running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709, OS-build 16299.251).

But i still want some options in the Nitro Pro Menu for scrolling, to customize my experience.

Thanks

Hi @Luuni, Thanks for your reply.

Please test Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425 in that case and let me know how you get on.

Thanks,
