How to restrict types of page size in Nitro PDF Creator

I print a lot to PDF (Nitro PDF Creator). I only print to maybe 5 different sizes of paper. How can I set up Nitro PDF Creator so that only the sizes I use will show up?? There are too many to scroll through constantly.
