denisl Posted March 5, 2018 Report Posted March 5, 2018 I just purchased Nitro Pro 11 with the intention to install on my work laptop and work desktop (at home). I read the EULA and it says that you can have 2 installations under this scenario. https://www.gonitro.com/support/eula When I try to input my license key into the second computer it says the license is already in use. Is there a special procedure to accomplish this? Thanks

To fix this issue, you can reset your license by going to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Then you can activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
