License not being accepted - Nitro 11 Pro Enterprise

We were provided an activation code by our sales rep however this is not being accepted in Nitro 11 Pro Enterprise 64-bit.

Upon going to Help > Activate it won't recognize the serial. 

There is a button to "Import from file" however we don't have any file to import.
