leebrendalee 0 Report post Posted March 7, 2018 Literally in a panic as I am a tax prep and its super busy but guess what? I cannot print my tax papers. It prints blank, it tells me to open the jam, in other words, every time it feeds the paper through the software tells it to jam. I printed some other things without using pdf and no problem, talked to support over at brother printer no problem. Its PDF Nitro. Please something help I am at a loss and I need to get this printed.
