Can't activate the software

Hi friends,

After purchasing Nitro Pro 11 I bought the license and try to activate it, but I couldn't. It says that the process is unsuccessful and the key is already used, but I couldn't do anything. We sent several tickets but we didn't get any answer. I've got the invoice and the serial number.

What can I do? Is there any solution?
