"Paper" sizes

Just spent a very frustrating half hour trying to print an ANSI C size drawing from ACAD.  It would be swell if the ANSI C (17" x 22"), ANSI D (22" x 34"), & ANSI E (34" x 44") were available sizes.

Perhaps someone could post a work-around until the "potential" is realized?  I have no luck creating custom sizes.....
