22:Error Wrong License number

I can't download Nitro Pro 11 on my Laptop.  It gives me the error message that I have the wrong license number.   I just received the product today and it does recognize the serial number and that I have 2 available downloads.   I am available to use it but it says I'm on a trial basis and also that it is Nitro 9 and I bought Nitro 11.

Please be informed that '-22 Error Wrong License Number' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 11. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:

1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer then reboot the machine.
2. Download your Nitro Pro from these link/s:
64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1107425/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x64.msi
32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1107425/en/burn/nitro_pro11_ba_x86.msi

3. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.
