Quick Sign Not Loading Signature

Been using Nitro for a few years now. I downloaded the software on a different laptop, it won't allow me to upload a digital signature. I've selected Manage Signatures and Create New Signature, I've selecting the Upload feature but always goes back to the Start up Pop up. Any ideas why?

I also am having this problem and it used to work. I can't seem to contact anyone and I'm not happy for the lack of support. Can you tell me how you got it to work please
