Hi followed instructions, added serial #  from splash screen in About Nitro Pro [cant attache screenshot]  and received...

 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I have the same problem how do I upgrade from version 9 to the new one if serial # does not recognize
