You should have received an email from us with a reminder before your Software Assurance expired. Please double-check the inbox of the email address you used to register your copy of Nitro Pro to locate the renewal email. Try searching for "Nitro" to see if anything comes up. Sometimes our emails will automatically go to a Spam or Junk folder, depending on your email's security settings. If you didn't receive one, do let me know so I could look into it further. Cheers!
