We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. I just made an adjustment on our end. Try entering your Nitro Pro 10 serial number and you should be good to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12. Also, don't forget to purchase Software Assurance that entitles you to free upgrades for the next release of Nitro Pro (version 12 to be released this May) and Premium Support for one year after the purchase date.
