Can't reinstall Nitro Pro 9

I'm trying to install nitro 9 on my new computer,  I have followed the steps but I can't go past the deactivate, I'm getting a dialog box saying I can deactivate zero devices. Please help.

Hi @Vincent

I followed up in the support ticket you opened, though will provide that same information here.

Whilst you are free to continue using Nitro Pro 9, unfortunately we can no longer offer support for it as has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/product#UpdatesSunsetPolicy

I recommend considering an upgrade to Pro 11 (The discount currently available, will not be for long!):

With regards to your issue,  you have already successfully deactivated Nitro Pro 9, there is no need to do it again.
Should you decide not to upgrade, you are free to activate Nitro Pro 9 on your new computer.
