unable to access the tab

Hi @Nikki Garcia, You will need to have a PDF open to start working on it.

If you are creating a form from scratch, go to File > New, to create a new PDF.
You will then be able to use the 'Forms' tab to create fields.

I recommend searching our User Guide for assistance when creating different fields.
For example here is information on creating a 'Text Field':

Once you have started making fields, you may find the 'Make Copies' function and the 'Alignment' functions very helpful.
