JWM in Plano, TX
I'm a new customer amd former Acrobat customer and still working on understanding the features of the program. For some reason the scroll bar on the right side of the screen is extremely narrow and the slide bar is barely visible-- not dark enough. I have increased the wide of the scroll bar in in Windows 10 but the change is not carrying over to Nitro. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
TKJ
Folks, I can hardly differentiate the track of the scrollbar on the left hand side from the scrollbar itself. Both are very light colors. Can that please be changed. It is really bothersome especially with large multi page pdf's! Could not find a way to change on my own. Thank you, Tom
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted October 23, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted October 23, 2018 You can adjust the bottom bar and top of the window by changing the Background Theme in Preferences under Appearance. There's only 3 choices though- Dark Gray, Orange, and White. Orange is the only one that really stood out for me and made a clear difference between the bottom of the window and the bar on the right. JWM in Plano, TX
Thanks for the input. My big gripe was the width of the bar-- hard to point at it quickly.
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted October 24, 2018 Power User Report Share Posted October 24, 2018 If you're comfortable with making registry changes and poking at things until they're right, there's a small possibility you could change one or more things in the Nitro registry keys to make this happen. I'm not even sure if it's possible, but if you're interested, look at the BCG branch. It should be clear, but you could possibly break something in Nitro requiring a reinstall, and this is a definitely unsupported change.
