Installing printer through Support tool

Hi,

Im having troubles installing the Nitro PDF Creator printer. 

Currently using the Nitro Reader (5.5.6.21) x64, im the administrator on the network so there is no problems with privilegies.

What else can I do to install the printer? Is it possible to do it more manually?
