Deborah Posted March 29, 2018 Report Share Posted March 29, 2018 I purchased NitroPro 11 a little over a month ago and it will now not open. It won't open the program or allow me to edit any files. I have uninstalled and installed 4 times and it still won't allow me. I tried logging a support ticket and since I didn't purchase some kind of technical support, I can't get any help. Or can you see Nitro open in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen? Please send attach relevant screenshots that may help us diagnose the issue. Deborah Posted March 29, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 29, 2018 Unfortunately, there isn't an error. I can click on the icon and it won't open. When I try to right click on a document to edit, it won't open either. However, when I look to see all of the window I have open, it will show the document but it is black or solid white.
