Ashwin 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2018 Two users on Identically configured HP I5 desktop computers, Windows 7, Office 2010 and Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9. Both users perform more or less the same work. They frequently OCR a specific document that is received in PDF format. The document has the text “IMED” in Pink. On one computer it is read correctly as “IMED”. The second computer reads it as “IHEO”, This is the most glaring misspelling (misreading?). There are many other misspellings on the second computer. The first computer does not have these misspelling. We have compared all settings in Nitro Pro on both computers and have reinstalled Nitro Pro on the second computer to no avail.
