I tried to use the license activation tool as mentioned in Announcement but i'm getting a message that my License is inactive. License was used to my old computer before and got uninstalled already. I have checked and can see that the serial number you have provided with your support ticket was purchased through a reseller and has been disabled. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this has caused and would ask that you contact your reseller directly for more information as we are unable to reactivate this serial number for you at this time.
