Printing document causes application crash

Hello,

I have a client that uses Nitro Pro 8. Recently, his application started to crash (wanting to send a crash report) when he attempts to print from the application. If he right-clicks a document and selects print from the context menu, the document will print. I have deactivated the product, uninstalled the product, then downloaded a fresh copy and reactivated, this did not alleviate the problem. I have never dealt with Nitro before, so I am not even sure where to begin. I have checked the printer and the spooler, everything seems fine and all other applications have no issues printing. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I'm guessing you're on the last released version of Nitro 8 (which is 8.5.7.3), but just in case you are not, I would try that.

Here's two things you can try, but since you've already uninstalled & reinstalled, I'm not really expecting them to do anything.

Repair Nitro:

Reinstall the Nitro PDF printer:

Here's the download links for versions of Nitro before 11:

I have already completely removed the product and reinstalled the latest version available for version 8. I have not reinstalled the printer, though I figured that would have been reinstalled with the full package. I will give it a try though.

Edit...after reinstalling the PDF creator, my client was able to print. Thank you!
