Need help to set nitro 10 as default in windows pro

I am having trouble making nitro 10 my default. when I go to settings, then app defaults then select nitro nothing happens???

The simplest way to do this is to right-click on a PDF, go down to Open With, Choose Another App, select Nitro Pro, check the box that says Open with this by default, and then hit OK.
