Please run a repair on your Nitro Pro. The steps can be found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 If this doesn't help, kindly try these steps: 1. Open the Windows Registry (regedit) and browse to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nitro\Pro\11.0\ 2. Delete the key (folder) 'BCG' (see attached) 3. Repair Nitro again I hope this helps. Chris H Posted April 19, 2018 Author Report Share Posted April 19, 2018 Thanks Kelvin. The issue was repaired a few days ago via direct assistance from Alex, Support Engineer via Product Support. As you mentioned, tried the repair but it didn't work. Alex sent me the BCG file to file to run, then try repair again. This worked and the Tool bar is restored now. Greg Potter Posted October 11, 2018 Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 I am having the same problem with Nitro Pro version 9 - no menus. I can open, view and search documents only. The problem occurred when navigating through a PDF that was assembled from a number of PDF documents generated initially from AutoCAD. I followed the procedure of deleting the "BCG" registry entry and doing an installation repair however the problem persists.
