JKIM Posted April 13, 2018 Report Share Posted April 13, 2018 Initially, I was having issues with Nitro Pro 11 crashing from all PDFs sources which included my own desktop or emails from inside my organization. I first attempted repairing then reinstalling NitroPDF however the issue continued, then fixed the issue by disabling javascript. However, PDFs I receive from actual customers (not spam or unknown sources) still continue to crash within 5 seconds of viewing the PDF. Even when I save the attached PDFs to my desktop the issue still continues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
