I don't quite know what you mean by "it saves the file as a file 18", though I recommend running a repair on Nitro. This can be done via the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Nitro > Repair Or if you are using Windows 10, Start > System > Apps & features > Nitro > Repair Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
