Alex E. 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2018 Hi Don, Sorry to hear of this! I don't quite know what you mean by "it saves the file as a file 18", though I recommend running a repair on Nitro. This can be done via the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Nitro > Repair Or if you are using Windows 10, Start > System > Apps & features > Nitro > Repair Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
