Karen B Posted April 17, 2018 Report Share Posted April 17, 2018 I have two licenses for Nitro Pro 9 that I would like to upgrade to Nitro Pro 12 but I am getting the following message. "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." Please advise.
