I have inspected your Nitro Pro 9 serial number and found out that this is already deactivated on our end as it went to a version upgrade last 28th of July, 2015 to Nitro Pro 10. To validate the status of your v9 serial number, please visit https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. I suggest you search through your email for 'cleverbridge', our online merchant to look for your Nitro Pro 10 serial number.

Just for you to be aware, we have a record of your Nitro Pro 10 serial number but I cannot share it here. I entered it on our page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade and I received the discounted amount for upgrading to Nitro Pro 11.
