sitem Posted April 18, 2018 Report Share Posted April 18, 2018 My company (Site Preparation Management) purchased 16 License of Nitro Pro. After used for a while, one laptop crashed (Hard drive fails) and need to replace. I try to deactivate license and re activate it with the same laptop (with new Hard Drive) but it cannot activate and show 23:Error. I tried to submit a ticket but currently do not have Software Assurance. Nitro Support Case - 00166571 Please help me to solve this problem.
