23:Error - License number already used

My company (Site Preparation Management) purchased 16 License of Nitro Pro.

After used for a while, one laptop  crashed (Hard drive fails) and need to replace. I try to deactivate license and re activate it with the same laptop (with new Hard Drive) but it cannot activate and show 23:Error.

I tried to submit a ticket but currently do not have Software Assurance. Nitro Support Case - 00166571

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi @sitem, I have adjusted the serial for you. Feel free to activate the laptop again.
