CiciH Posted April 18, 2018 Report Share Posted April 18, 2018 I had NitroPro 11 on my computer and it stopped working. I uninstalled it and tried to download it again. It will not finish downloading. I get a message that Windows Explorer needs to be closed to continue. I purchased 11 on 6/22/17. Any help is appreciated. Any changes you're aware of before it stopped working? Do you have a firewall/proxy setting, Malware or anti-virus software that could be blocking the download?
