Download stops says windows explorer needs to be closed

I had NitroPro 11 on my computer and it stopped working.  I uninstalled it and tried to download it again.  It will not finish downloading.  I get a message that Windows Explorer needs to be closed to continue. I purchased 11 on 6/22/17.  Any  help is appreciated.

Any changes you're aware of before it stopped working? Do you have a firewall/proxy setting, Malware or anti-virus software that could be blocking the download?

Please use the following alternative links to install Nitro Pro 11:
 
32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1107425/retail/nitro_pro11.exe
64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1107425/retail/nitro_pro11.exe
 
If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link.
