Unfortunately we forgot to dactivate the license before we installed the notebook (computername NB00269) of a colleague new with Windows 10. I have submited a ticktet but we do not have a Software Assurance. Nitro Support Case - 00166810. The serial number in question is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. I am counting on you to solve this problem for us.
