Steve T Posted April 20, 2018 Report Share Posted April 20, 2018 I use sheet music that comes in PDF form regularly. I always need to add a text box and make similar annotations to every one. Is there a way to store the text box and annotations then just paste or otherwise use it again on every sheet I Do? I would need to make slight edits to it each time but it's always similar. Administrators Alex Edwardes Posted April 20, 2018 Administrators Report Share Posted April 20, 2018 Hi @Steve T, We do not have a function for you to save text box annotations for regular use, though you can set the appearance as default, if that is something that you regularly change. Using the Hand Tool, you can right-click the Text Box > Make Current Properties Default (see below). If the aim is to simply leave regular comments, which are the same each time, you could set these up as 'stamps' instead. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
