Hello @Martin O'Sullivan,

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

At the moment, Nitro Pro 11 does not have support for viewing/editing of 3D PDFs.

3D support is still under investigation, however is not currently on our road-map.

Thank you for choosing Nitro Pro!

Thanks for you reply Allain U,

It's unlikely changes will be implemented in the next year or two so.

Another question, Is it possible to set print preferences for print scale? Alternatively is it possible to "fit to page" rather than "increase to fit" and "reduce to fit" page?

Regards,

Martin.

Allain U,

I am unable to print some pdf files. I can open them but the print option cannot be selected. This only happens with a few supplier's data sheets. I have to open another pdf program to print.

I would like to email a document to you to investigate. It is a pump data sheet from Grundfos. They are the world's largest pump manufacturer.

Regards,

Martin O'Sullivan.

Hello @Martin O'Sullivan,

Thanks for providing a sample file.

I opened it using my Nitro Pro and got the same issue.

This is happening because the author of the document has set a password security.

While the document is open in Nitro Pro, right-click on any area of the document > Document Properties.

You should see 'Printing', 'Change document' and Content copying or extraction' are set to Not Allowed.

Thanks for choosing Nitro Pro and I hope this helps!
