ekorsch Posted April 23, 2018 Report Share Posted April 23, 2018 I have Nitro Pro 10.5.9.9 installed and running. I was able to create PDF's from my online banking transactions for the longest time. Now suddenly I get a non-descriptive error every time. Tried to UPgrade to the latest version via the webpage, yet the system does not recognize my serial number which I have been using since Dec 2015. Contacting Nitro directly only added to my frustrations because the person on the chat line simply repeated what the error message on the website displayed. Does anybody know another way to upgrade Version 10 for the $79.99 price as advertised on the website. The website does not work for me and Nitro support is no help.
