HI Support,

I'm testing a RDS installation of Nitro for a client (I already have a price from the sales rep - just want to try before I buy the licenses) on WIndows Server 2016.

Now I need to trial it but after installation when I run the trial I get Unknown Error #: -80.

I created a ticket several days ago but no response as yet. Ticket number os 00166880
