May be interested in upgrading, serial number not recognized

I would like to learn more about upgrading but my serial number is not being recognized on the website.  I tried creating a help ticket but encountered a website error and lost the ticket.  I simply want to know about the cost to upgrade but am about to give up.  I don't like that I had to create an account to simply get help.

Please advise.
