marsius Posted April 29, 2018 Report Share Posted April 29, 2018 I am trying to reactivate my license from my old laptop to a new desktop, I get error #-22. It isn't allowing me. I tried to download Trial version and input my serial number, but of course it won't allow it. Is this version too old? I see a lot of instructions on how to transfer Nitro Pro but not Nitro 9. I have contacted support (gonitro) twice, now holding 2 ticket numbers but no follow up from them. Do you have a fix for this? Appreciate any kind of advice from community. You will not be able to activate Nitro Pro 11, with a Pro 9 serial. You may not have noticed that on our Downloads page, below the Pro 11 installer it says "Downloads for older releases prior to Nitro Pro 11 can be found here". At that link, you will find the Pro 9 installers: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 I should note that as per our sunset policy, Nitro Pro 9 is no longer supported: https://www.gonitro.com/product#UpdatesSunsetPolicy In addition, without software assurance, we are unable to provide help via our ticketing system.
