Dell manual shows only blank pages

I downloaded this file xps-8930-desktop_service-manual_en-us.pdf from the Dell website and when Nitro opens it I see the structure of a document but no usable / readable content.

I apologize in advance but I must be doing something wrong here... has to be me & stupid.

I downloaded that file (http://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/xps-8930-desktop_service-manual_en-us.pdf) and I was able to open it with Nitro 11.0.7.425.

If you're not already on that version of Nitro, you could try updating to that version: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads
