tim_s Posted May 1, 2018 Report Share Posted May 1, 2018 Hello, I installed a Trial version of Nitro Pro 11 and also purchased a licence. When I try to activate, it says it is already activated. When I try to deactivate, it requires a licence key. When I enter the licence key I bought, it gives an error. When I go to the Licence Portal, it shows the licence I have bought, but no devices activated. How do I register this product? There seems to be no way around this.
