Trial already activated, can't register a purchased licence key

I installed a Trial version of Nitro Pro 11 and also purchased a licence.  

When I try to activate, it says it is already activated.

When I try to deactivate, it requires a licence key.

When I enter the licence key I bought, it gives an error.

When I go to the Licence Portal, it shows the licence I have bought, but no devices activated.

How do I register this product?  There seems to be no way around this.

Hi @tim_s,

As you have just purchased Nitro, I recommend submitting a ticket here: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket
Those without Software Assurance can still access the ticketing system for up to two days after a purchase.

Please provide the serial you are having trouble with, along with a screenshot of the error displayed when trying to activate.
